Place your fillet over the pan skin side-up. Cook it until the fish can be moved with a spatula naturally. If it sticks, then it needs to be cooked more. When a crust is formed fully (about 6 minutes), flip it over. Allow the skin to get crisp for a couple of minutes and it is good to go. If you see the skin is too crispy and the center looks pink, then just place the entire batch in the oven and roast for about 5 minutes. Baking salmon is easy and the technique is simple to master. Just preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil. Bake the fillet skin-side down for about 12 to 15 minutes. Or until it is pin and opaque. Flavor it as you like using sliced lemons, garlic, honey, thyme.

Just fill a pan with water or stock or any flavored cooking liquid, submerge your skinless fillets and add some aromatic herbs such as bay leaves, lemon halves, etc. Allow the water to boil and then reduce the heat. Slide the fillets in the water and let them cook for about 5 minutes. Just poke cake tester or toothpick through the fillet and if it slides through with any resistance, it is ready to eat.
